Mr. Rodger Lindstrom
Offshore Schools Representative
Rodger has been the OSR for CSEEC schools for the past 10 years. Rodger has been an assistant superintendent in British Columbia and a principal in China. He is CSEEC's representative to the Ministry of Education. Rodger is there to guide employees through the visa application process and to assist with adapting to life in China.
Mr. John Campbell
Principal - Johnathan Academy Vancouver & Superintendent of CSEEC
Mr. John Campbell – Principal of Johnathan Academy and Superintendent of Canadian-Sino Educational Exchange Centre schools in Shandong Province. His 39 years of educational experience is highlighted by 28 years as a principal in British Columbia schools. John received his undergraduate degree (BSc) from the University of Waterloo and his MEd degree from Western Washington University. John has been fortunate to lead dynamic staffs who put the students first, and who go the extra mile to ensure student success.
Mr. Hampton
Principal - Qingdao
Mr. Hampton is from Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia, four hours away from Vancouver. He has a degree in Physics from the UBCO and completed his teaching training there. He has been teaching in China for eight years, teaching Math, Physics, Calculus, and even Biology and PE. He is now the principal of Canada Qingdao Secondary School, but will still be teaching Physics 11, 12, and CLC. Outside of work, he likes to walk his dog, go for bike rides, and go scuba diving when he can.
Dr. KATHERINE FAITH MADDELA（Miss K）
Principal - Tai'an
Miss K is currently the principal of Canada Shandong Secondary School in Tai’an, China. She has been an English Language Teacher for almost 20 years, 6 of which are of international teaching, where she worked with schools on English language learning and Humanities teaching. She has received full Teacher Certification (2018) and Principal Certification (2023) from British Columbia, Canada; American TESOL from Florida, USA (2018); and National Geographic Educator Certification from DC, USA (2020). She also holds doctorate and master’s degrees in educational management, language, and reading, in addition to her post-graduate diploma in applied linguistics (Singapore).
Mr. Tyler Post
Principal - Yantai
Mr. Tyler Post graduated with his double bachelor's degrees in arts and education from the University of British Columbia and finished his master's degree in education from the University of Toronto, he also accomplish his master's degree in arts. He is an honest and hardworking educator with over 11 years of experience in Canadian-accredited international education. He is a democratic educational leader focused on building genuine team spirit while prioritizing opportunities for individual professional development and personal enrichment.
Dr. Rolly R. Perez
Principal - Weifang
Dr. Rolly R. Perez, our esteemed principal, boasts an impressive academic portfolio, including a Ph.D. in Education and a Master's in both Mathematics Education and Educational Studies from the University of Alberta, where he was recognized as an outstanding graduate. With a Bachelor of Secondary Education from British Columbia and certification as a Canadian teacher, he has over five years of experience in leading international schools across China, including notable ones in Shandong and Tai’an City. Dr. Perez has been honored with the Superintendent Award for Excellence in Teaching twice, showcasing his commitment to educational excellence. His leadership is marked by a dedication to fostering a nurturing and innovative learning environment for our school community.
