Fall 2027 applications: what to know
Applications for Fall 2027 entry are underway. Each destination has its own system, requirements and deadlines. Here are the key points for Grade 12 students and their families.
Canada

Grade requirements vary by program. Past admission averages are a reference, not a guarantee.
Hong Kong
Students with a BC high school diploma apply directly to each university through the International/Non-JUPAS route. HKUST's priority round closes November 25, 2026. See HKUST international qualifications. Check English requirements, references and interviews too.
UK
Undergraduate applications go through UCAS, with up to five choices. For most courses the equal consideration deadline is January 13, 2027, 18:00 UK time. See UCAS dates.
California
All UC campuses share one application, and you can choose several campuses in it. The Fall 2027 first-year filing period is October 1 to November 30, 2026. Applicants answer four of eight Personal Insight Questions. See the UC application guide.
Grade 12: send your official transcripts
BC students use the StudentTranscripts Service (STS) to choose recipients and authorize transcript delivery. Have your PEN, legal name and date of birth ready, and confirm receipt in each university's applicant portal.
