Mr. 

Mr. is the current principal of Canada Weifang Secondary School, bringing over 22 years of teaching expertise. His diverse educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, Master of Arts in Mathematics, and Master of Arts in General Science. Additionally, Dr. Perez holds a Master of Education in Educational Studies from the University of Alberta, where he earned an outstanding academic record, specializing in Leadership and International Education. He also holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Mathematics. Prior to his current role, Dr. Perez served as Professor at Philippine Normal University which is the national center for teacher education in the Philippines. Since 2018, he has been working as an international educator in China where he received the Superintendent Award for Excellence in Teaching for two consecutive years at a prestigious international school.

Ms. Sunny Sun 

Ms. Sun, an accomplished educator with a Master of Social Science in International Management from the University of Sheffield, UK, brings a wealth of experience to her teaching career. In addition to her academic qualifications, she is certified with a TKT certificate, underscoring her expertise in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). With 9 years of experience in teaching ESL, including 3 years at CWSS where she taught ESL 10 and Business Education, Ms. Sun has demonstrated a profound dedication to her students, especially in assisting non-native English speakers to enhance their English skills.

Significantly, Ms. Sun has a notable achievement in rapidly improving students' IELTS writing scores, successfully helping students elevate their scores from 5 to 6.5 within just a month. This accomplishment highlights her effective teaching methods and her ability to cater to the individual needs of her students. Known for her kindness and patience, Ms. Sun has earned a reputation as an educator who not only delivers academic excellence but also genuinely cares for and supports her students in their language-learning journey.

Mr. Elias Kollias 

Mr. Kollias has lived and worked in China for nearly six years. With over fifteen years of teaching experience across universities, corporate environments, high schools, and military academies, he brings a global, human-centered approach to learning.

Now in his second year at Canada Weifang Secondary School, Elias considers himself fortunate to teach young people whose respect, values, and curiosity form the foundation of their bright futures

Mr. Tarek Kattan
 

With a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College London, Mr. Tarek Kattan brings a wealth of global experience to his science classroom. Having worked as a consultant, editor, and educator in countries like Thailand, Indonesia, and France, he now focuses on inspiring young scientists.
Mr. Kattan centers his teaching on the student, fostering a learning environment where critical and creative thinking flourish in biology, chemistry, and math. He is passionate about harnessing the curiosity of teenage students to lay the foundation for future scientific innovation.

Mr. Victor Oluwafolajuwon

Mr. Victor is a dedicated and accomplished science educator with over two decades of experience. He is uniquely positioned to nurture the next generation of innovators and leaders. His distinguished career, which began in Nigeria and is now certified in British Columbia, Canada provides him with a rich , global perspective on education.
Mr. Victor is deeply committed to delivering rigorous scientific concepts.
His primary focus is on the holistic development of each student.  He strives to equip learners not only with academic knowledge but also with the critical thinking, resilience and ethical grounding necessary to become major players in their future careers and responsible, contributing citizens in a global society.

Mr. Nam Cho

Mr. Cho is an experienced language and resource teacher whose career spans decades across Korea, Canada and China. He holds a Master of Arts in Second Language Education from McGill University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of British Columbia. His training in plurilingual pedagogy, drama-based instruction, and culturally responsive teaching enables him to support learners with diverse linguistic backgrounds.

In the classroom, Mr. Cho is dedicated to helping students connect language learning with their own lived experience. He believes that English is not only a tool for communication but also a pathway to confidence, creativity, and personal growth. Known for his patience, warmth, and clarity, he has guided learners at many levels—from early elementary to university-bound students—helping them build strong foundations in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking.

Mr. Cho is committed to fostering thoughtful, expressive, and globally minded learners.

Ms. Emma Feng

Xinyang Emma Feng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Minor in History) from the University of Alberta, Canada, with 8 years of living and studying experience in the country—fostering native-level English proficiency.  

With 4 years of dedicated ESL and IELTS teaching experience (sparked by part-time tutoring during undergraduate studies), she excels at simplifying complex abstract concepts through daily-life language. She prioritizes personalized instruction, tailoring learning plans to meet each student’s unique needs.

Ms. Sally Sun

Ms. Sun graduated from Shanghai University, with a degree in Master of Arts majoring in English Language and Literature. She has been teaching IELTS and TOEFL reading and writing for 9 years and has helped many students efficiently improve their IELTS and TOEFL reading and writing skills and scores. Ms. Sun is a very amicable and rigorous teacher.
